19 Attention Attorneys, Proxies: A new stand-alone process is available in CompHub to file the Claimant’s Consent to Pay Fees and Costs and Claimant’s Affidavit. You can access them from the “Start New Action” menu, select “Claims,” then “Claimant’s Consent to Pay Fees and Costs” or “Affidavit.” Use the Affidavit process when you have a need to file the Affidavit outside the initial submission of a Settlement (as is required to be a part of the Settlement submission). Please use the Claimant’s Consent to Pay Fees and Costs process both before or after the hearing and after an Order has been issued. See our QuickStart guides and videos for detailed instructions.
16 ATTENTION COMPHUB USERS: At the deployment of CompHub, the Commission decided to send both electronic and paper notices to all the parties. This was done as a safety measure so that the users would know if they were receiving all of their mail electronically. This helped the Commission to identify electronic service issues. At the end of October, the Commission is going to stop the issuance of paper copies to all attorneys and insurers and any other entity who has signed up for E-notice.
Effective 11/1, the Commission will send these entities only the electronic notices.
12 Attention Practitioners, Paralegals, Proxies, Insurers: Effective Thursday, October 19, 2023, the Commission will no longer accept Death & Funeral Benefits claims in paper form. All Death & Funeral Benefits claims must be filed electronically via CompHub. Forms received on/after this date will be returned. We thank you in advance for complying.
