number of LexisNexis, 2009 Edition, Workers' Compensation Law of
Maryland Annotated books for purchase.
The cost is $45 each, including shipping. This is a substantial

All scheduled training sessions are at
capacity. All materials from the Medicare Set-Aside/Settlement
Agreement training will be available on our website following the
conclusion of Friday's session. Depending upon community interest,
the Commission may offer additional training sessions. If you
have not attended and would like to,

EMERGENCY REGULATIONS ADOPTED
are effective January 4, 2010 - Emergency Amendments to
COMAR 14.09.01: Regulations .01 and .19
concerning compliance with the guidelines
issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services with regard
to the settlement of future medical benefits. Go
to Regulatory Changes for details.
