| | August 23 | On July 8, 2004, the Workers' Compensation Commission proposed Regulation .14 under COMAR 14.09.01 (Procedural Regulations). This action was taken at a public meeting, notice of which was given by publication, pursuant to State Government Article 10-506, Annotated Code of Maryland. The proposed regulation is published in the August 20, 2004 issue of the Maryland Register. Final action on these proposed changes will be taken at a public meeting on October 14, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. in the 7th Floor (Executive) Conference Room, Workers' Compensation Commission, 10 East Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD. No public comments will be taken at the public meeting on October 14, 2004.
